Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

I. Return Policy
1. Returns for Defective Products

Eligibility:


Products with non-human-caused defects (e.g., manufacturing flaws, transit damage) within 7 days of delivery.

Valid proof (clear photos/videos) must be submitted for review.

Resolution:

Full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

2. Returns for Non-Defective Products

U.S. Domestic Orders:

No returns accepted for personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, subjective preferences).

Exceptions (if approved in writing by us):

Customer bears all costs (return shipping, product depreciation, handling fees).

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.  Failure to comply will result in a deduction of at least 50% of the product value.

International Orders:

Non-defective returns are strictly prohibited.

Special cases (if approved in writing by us):

Customer assumes all costs: round-trip international shipping, customs duties, clearance fees, and risks (e.g., loss, damage during return).

Customer compensates for product depreciation (e.g., damaged packaging) and our incurred costs (logistics, storage, transaction fees).

⚠️ Important Notice: International returns involve significant risks. Proceed with caution.

3. Mandatory Return Terms

Unauthorized returns (without prior written approval) will be rejected or returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns with signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing components will be denied refunds and incur  a deduction of at least 50% of the product value
