Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered under the responsibility of the independent logistics provider. Delivery, transit time, customs duties, and other related issues fall under the carrier’s responsibility.

We will assist customers in communicating with the logistics provider to the best of our ability, but we cannot make any guarantees regarding shipping.

Any refund or compensation requests after shipment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account logistics circumstances, costs incurred, and the specific situation. The final decision rests with our store.
4. Product Quality Issues

If a product has obvious defects or quality issues, customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photo or video evidence.

Depending on the situation, we may arrange a return, exchange, or partial compensation.
