Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery for items that meet one of the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage occurred during transit
- Non-defective items returned in unused and original condition
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include original packaging and all accessories.
For approved returns:
- Defective or transit-damaged items are eligible for a replacement or refund, and return shipping may be covered by us.
- Non-defective returns are accepted at the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Items that do not meet the original condition requirements may be refused or subject to reasonable depreciation deductions.
Items purchased at a significant discount, or clearly marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Product Damage: No refunds/exchanges for damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper handling.
Delivery Acceptance: Delivery confirmation via tracking shall constitute acceptance of the product's condition. Subsequent disputes will not be entertained.
Address Errors: Customer bears costs for returns/redelivery due to incorrect shipping information.
International Orders: We are not liable for customs delays, import/export disputes, or transit-related issues.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable return period.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance issues related to their orders.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy.
