I ordered it for my friend as a gift, she loved it!!! Super customizable (you can add any kind of charms) and chic. The quality was good and looked exactly like how it was advertised, the only complaint I have is that it took a little long to get here but it was worth the wait. Would like to add that it is super-spacious and can fit your laptop.

Good size can fit a 14inch laptop, so pretty and goes with everything, very good quality, plenty of different storage!
I’ve only had it for like three weeks now but I LOVE IT!!! I use it for college and it has so much space for me to separate things and it looks even better in person. I feel like I don’t have to try as much with the clothes because the bag is the star of every outfit. It does take a long time to deliver but I think is worth it, and hopefully it lasts me for a long time.
The material is great and it fits all the things I need at school.
