Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

I. Return Policy
1. Returns for Defective Products

Eligibility:


Products with non-human-caused defects (e.g., manufacturing flaws, transit damage) within 7 days of delivery.

Valid proof (clear photos/videos) must be submitted for review.

Resolution:

Full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

2. Returns for Non-Defective Products

U.S. Domestic Orders:

No returns accepted for personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, subjective preferences).

Exceptions (if approved in writing by us):

Customer bears all costs (return shipping, product depreciation, handling fees).

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.  Failure to comply will result in a deduction of at least 50% of the product value.

International Orders:

Non-defective returns are strictly prohibited.

Special cases (if approved in writing by us):

Customer assumes all costs: round-trip international shipping, customs duties, clearance fees, and risks (e.g., loss, damage during return).

Customer compensates for product depreciation (e.g., damaged packaging) and our incurred costs (logistics, storage, transaction fees).

⚠️ Important Notice: International returns involve significant risks. Proceed with caution.

3. Mandatory Return Terms

Unauthorized returns (without prior written approval) will be rejected or returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns with signs of use, damaged packaging, or missing components will be denied refunds and incur  a deduction of at least 50% of the product value

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation

Cancellation requests via email will receive a full refund.

If the order has entered the logistics process, a handling fee may apply (advance notice provided).

2. Post-Shipment Cancellation

Customer is liable for all incurred costs: round-trip shipping, customs fees, storage, and operational losses.

Refusing delivery requires payment of 20% of the order total as a penalty fee plus round-trip shipping costs.

Submit a return request with proof within 7 days of delivery.

Review completed within 3 business days. Approved returns will receive shipping instructions.

Refund issued within 5 business days after inspection (original payment method, excluding shipping fees).

Product Damage: No refunds/exchanges for damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper handling.

Delivery Acceptance: Delivery confirmation via tracking shall constitute acceptance of the product's condition. Subsequent disputes will not be entertained.

Address Errors: Customer bears costs for returns/redelivery due to incorrect shipping information.

International Orders: We are not liable for customs delays, import/export disputes, or transit-related issues.

No unauthorized returns: Contact support for pre-approved return instructions.

All products undergo strict pre-shipment inspections. Contact us immediately for defective items.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy. We reserve the right to modify terms unilaterally.

Final Provisions

Scope: Applies to U.S. domestic and international orders.
