Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or produced. If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address.
Notes:
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return and refund policy.
- If the return is due to the customer's choice, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees, which may vary depending on the courier selected.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), the customer is not required to pay the return shipping fee.
- We do not charge any restocking fees for product returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you if the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
